Exclusive, enclosed, secure dog walking

Each session is private and secure. Choose one of our two areas, either the Main park or the Agility Area which are fully enclosed by 6.5ft fences. They provide the perfect setting to allow your dog the freedom it deserves, off the lead in an exclusive environment for worry free exercise and training.

  1. Make a booking online for either one of our parks.

  2. Once your booking is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  3. We’ll also send you a friendly reminder via text message 3 hours before your visit with a code to the gate.

  4. Before your visit, take a moment to remind yourself of our Park rules and Terms & Conditions to ensure you get the most out of your visit and help keep the park safe for everyone.

  5. Please do not arrive early, there is no waiting area. If you are worried about finding us please review the location map ahead of your visit.

  6. If your booked area is still occupied and your appointment time has started, please keep your dog(s) in your car and Contact us.

  7. Drive into the car park. Gate only opens towards the access track so stop far enough back to allow room for the gate to open and be secured with the catch. Ensuring gates are closed behind you before letting your dog out. Dog(s) to be kept on lead until in your booked area.

  8. Use the gate code to unlock your area, make sure the occupied sign is showing red and padlock the gate behind you.

  9. Enjoy a relaxing walk with your dog in privacy without any restrictions!

  10. Please do remember to pick up your dog poop and use the dog waste bins provided around the park.

  11. Please use the general waste bin the parking area for all non-dog waste.

  12. Remember to take all toys and personal items with you.

  13. We have a strict 5 minute gap between each session. Please allow sufficient time to pop your dog(s) back in the car, turn the sign to green, shut and lock the gate of the area and vacate the car park within your time slot.

  14. Once out of the car park please close the gate ready for the next user.

  15. The dog parks are located on a working farm so there may at times be minimal noise from farm activities.

This is the largest secure dog park in the area with a variety of wooden equipment, wide open spaces and grass of varying lengths.

0.3 acre / 1200qm Fully secured 6.5ft agility and controlled space training area.

The agility park is equipped with modern professional grade first contact aluminium agility equipment, which includes an A-frame, Dog walk, See-saw, Competition weaves, Breakaway Tyre, various styles of jumps and tunnels.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer a two different secure dog areas. A secure 2.4 acre park for off lead fun with obstacles a shelter and grass at varying lengths and a secure 0.4 acre agility/controlled training area with cut grass a shelter and agility equipment.

  • Yes when you book the allocated booking time is just for you for your selected park

  • No there is no contact between the two areas, there is earth banking and trees between the two parks. The car park is shared tho.

  • Yes! The park is fully enclosed and privately booked, making it ideal for reactive dogs or those who prefer space.

    No other dogs will be present during your session - so you can book and relax.

    All dogs are welcome at Strichen Dog Park

  • Yes at times there may be livestock in the adjacent fields as this dog park is located on a working farm. But don’t worry the areas are fully secure and the farmer is very friendly.

  • There are solar led in carpark and gate areas. Hopefully floodlights will be added for winter.
